Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using inxom.in (the “Platform”) operated by INXOM Technologies (“INXOM”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent/legal guardian, to create an account and enroll in our courses, internships, or projects.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your name, email, phone number, and education details.

INXOM offers self-paced courses, structured Career Training Programmes (internships), and industry project programmes in AI, Machine Learning, FinTech, and Data Analysis.

Course and programme content, duration, pricing, and features are as described on the respective programme pages at the time of enrollment and may be updated by INXOM from time to time.

Certain Career Training Programmes require a training deposit at the time of enrollment. Where a programme is explicitly marked as carrying a “Fully Refundable Deposit”, the deposit is refundable strictly in accordance with the refund conditions stated on that programme’s page (such as completion of assignments, attendance, or programme milestones).

Programmes not marked as refundable carry a non-refundable training deposit. Please review each programme’s details page carefully before enrolling, as refund eligibility is set individually per programme by INXOM.

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Coupon codes and discounts, where applicable, are subject to the specific terms mentioned at the time of offer and may be withdrawn or modified by INXOM at its discretion.

Course purchases are governed by the refund terms stated on the individual course page at the time of purchase.

Career Training Programme deposits follow the refund conditions described in Section 4 above and on the specific programme’s page.

Refund requests, where applicable, should be raised by emailing support@inxom.in within the timeframe specified for that programme.

Upon successful enrollment, you receive access to course or programme content for the duration specified on the programme page. Access may be granted progressively (module-by-module) at INXOM’s discretion, particularly for Career Training Programmes with defined timelines.

You agree not to share your account credentials or redistribute course materials, videos, or assignments to any third party.

Where a programme includes assignments or projects, submissions are reviewed by INXOM mentors/admins. Certificates of completion, where offered, are issued upon satisfactory completion of programme requirements as determined by INXOM.

All course materials, videos, branding, and content on the Platform are the property of INXOM Technologies and protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without written permission.

You agree not to misuse the Platform, attempt unauthorized access to admin systems, upload malicious files, or engage in any activity that disrupts the Services for other users.

INXOM provides educational content and career training programmes on an “as is” basis. While we strive to provide accurate and valuable content, INXOM does not guarantee specific employment outcomes, job placements, or income results from completing any programme.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, INXOM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

INXOM reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Platform, without prior notice where necessary.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

INXOM may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
