INXOM Technologies (“INXOM”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website inxom.in or use our courses, internships, and project programmes (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
When you create an account, enroll in a programme, or contact us, we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, payment details, and education background (institute, course, passing year, branch).
We automatically collect certain technical information when you use our platform, including IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, to help us improve our services.
We use your information to provide and improve our courses, internships, and projects; process payments through Razorpay; send OTP verification and account-related emails; communicate updates about your enrolled programmes; and respond to support requests.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. INXOM Technologies does not store your card, UPI, or bank account details on its own servers — these are handled directly by Razorpay in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
Your data is stored on secure servers (Supabase/PostgreSQL) with industry-standard encryption and access controls, including Row-Level Security policies that restrict unauthorized access to your personal records.
While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We use essential cookies (such as authentication tokens) to keep you logged in and maintain your session. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
We may share your information with trusted service providers who help us operate our platform (e.g. Razorpay for payments, Cloudinary for file storage, Google Workspace for email delivery), each bound by their own confidentiality and data protection obligations.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of INXOM Technologies, our users, or others.
You may access, update, or request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at support@inxom.in. You may also update your education details directly from your dashboard profile page.
We retain your account and enrollment data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Our services are intended for users who are 18 years of age or older, or who have parental/guardian consent where applicable under Indian law. We do not knowingly collect data from children without such consent.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or how your data is handled, please reach out to us at support@inxom.in.
